Design concept B

About this concept

A clickable design concept by Clearview, made for CAMWS's website RFP so the evaluators can try a direction rather than read about one.

Why a second concept

Concept A (on concept A) is editorial: it follows the current site's sections and presents CAMWS's story. Concept B starts from the other end, from what people come to do. It treats the website as CAMWS's membership office: join or renew, give a paper, register, apply for an award, teach, read and give. Between them, CAMWS can choose a direction, or a mix of the two.

What it shows

What it is not

How it's built

Static pages with no third-party requests: fonts (Archivo and Source Serif 4, both under the SIL Open Font License) are served from the concept itself, and the map is drawn from Natural Earth boundaries, which are in the public domain. Every page is marked noindex. Design notes, switched on with the button at the top, explain each choice against what camws.org does today.

We'll take this concept down whenever CAMWS asks: chase@clearview.team.
