Submit a poster abstract

Posters are for undergraduates and are due by 11:59 pm on 16 November 2026.

Illustrative. This page shows what a signed-in member would see. Nobody is signed in, and nothing here is sent anywhere.

You're signed in, and your membership is current. Student membership, valid to 30 June 2027. Illustrative
Design note: This is the step that is broken today: the Call for Papers sends people to a membership link that returns an error page (checked 1 and 12 October 2026), and the abstract forms don't know whether the author is a member. Here the form only opens for current members and fills in what CAMWS already knows.

Equipment you'll need

This concept sends nothing. It is a design concept; no form on it submits data. To join, renew or give today, use the form on camws.org (on camws.org).

Design note: The anonymity check is a small courtesy that saves the committee returning submissions: type Case Western or my university into the abstract to see it. On submission the Program Committee receives the abstract with the author's details stripped, and the author gets a confirmation email.
